Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. This is the time we need to hand-check, pack, and label your brooches to ensure they arrive safely.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier volume (especially during peak seasons).
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DropinWhimsy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the system.
If you haven't received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@dropinwhimsy.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you immediately.
Lost/Stolen Packages
DropinWhimsy is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error on our end, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
